Jim is an audit and accounting partner with MTK, and has over 25 years of combined experience in public accounting and private industry. During Jim’s 10 years of experience in private industry, he served as Vice President of Finance for a privately held manufacturer, and as CFO and COO for a start-up manufacturing company. With over 15 years of experience in public accounting, beginning with McGladrey & Pullen and later as a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jim has had significant involvement with the financial and accounting issues facing small to medium sized privately held and public clients, in a variety of industries including telecom, software, medical devices, manufacturing and system integration.
