Mike joined MTK, LLC at our Plymouth office in November 2006. He has over 12 years of experience in S-Corporation, C-Corporation, Partnership, LLC, LLP and individual tax issues, along with significant experience in audits, reviews and compilations. He also has extensive experience as a retirement accountant, managing 401(k) and other benefit plans.
Mike’s focus is on providing proactive value added tax services to closely held businesses and individuals. Mike also assists clients with proper entity selection, forecasting and budgeting, debt financing assistance, and exit strategies. As a manager, Mike also provides training, leadership and mentoring to staff accountants.

Mike resides in New Hope. In his spare time, he enjoys running, biking, hunting, fishing and travel. In addition, Mike serves on the board of directors of a community bank and is a member of Business to Business Networkers, where he holds the position of Treasurer.
